ShiftFit generates draft staff schedules and assistive suggestions. A human manager always reviews and publishes. The Service does not make employment decisions for you and is not a substitute for your own judgment or legal/payroll obligations.
Assistant output can be wrong or incomplete. It only proposes structured rules and records requests; it never approves or publishes anything. Verify before acting. Usage may be rate-limited.
The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or labor-law penalties arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
